In modern Christianity, many claim to be prophets of God. They seem to take this role very lightly without regard for the examples set in the Holy Scriptures. They often speak presumptuously with great swelling words of peace, prosperity, and profit. They are often well-liked and never in any danger. But is that really the role of the prophet. It wasn't the role that Jeremiah had. Listen and discern the difference between the true Prophet of God and the imposters.

Are we like those people whose eyes are blinded and hearts are hardened? Or are we like Mary who gave her best to Jesus? Or like the Greeks who desired to "see" Jesus?
