Jesus is not moved by the chiding of his bothers who urge him to make his ministry public. Jesus does not move at their will, neither does he move at ours; when he is ready he is ready. In this chapter Jesus does no miracles but emphasizes his doctrine. Listen and learn the doctrine Christ proclaimed and measure if you are able to bear it.
