Zedekiah, King of Judah, has called all of Judah to repentance in hopes that God will remove the enemy. Each has taken up a covenant before God to assure their sincerity, religious ceremony and all. God is faithful to his word, they refused to hear Jeremiah as God had foretold. But God remained faithful to His warning despite the peoples rejection of Jeremiah.
