Could you be serving an idol god? Not an image made with hands, but an image made in your mind. Is the god that you serve the God of the Bible? Have you turned the God who is manifested inside of it into a myth? Have you added or taken away from His character? If so, you could be worshipping an idol. Not sure, then listen to Jeremiah's message to Israel. Find out the things that they did that made God a myth to them and to all who stood by.
