Matthew presents Jesus as lowly king who comes in with a humble procession. A righteous high priest who comes into the temple zealously removing the ungodly from His Father’s house. He also presents Jesus as the Unfailing Prophet whose words will not fall to the ground and fail to be fulfilled.

Most people believe that they are going on to heaven any way but Jesus spoke on the contrary. He declares who gets in based on the receiving and keeping of his seed. There are none who were “cut-out” for hell. We make the choice by rejecting Yeshua. Listen and examine yourselves whether you be wheat or tare.

Jesus explains his parables to his disciples and describes the growth and power of the Kingdom of Heaven. Becareful of who you allow to sow into you, it may keep you out of the Kingdom of Heaven.

Who do you say Jesus is? Is he the loving, kind, soft spoken, mallable, white Jesus that you see on portraits and portrayed by television ministers? Or is he the Jesus of the scriptures who tells residents from a certain city that they will be brought down to hell, and declared that He is the only one who can reveal the Father? Not Buddha, not Muhammad, not Joseph Smith not science, nor Oprah. Now isn’t that intolerant to declare that you alone can reveal the father and everyone else is wrong? Listen and understand that Jesus would not be accepted in today’s society and even the church.

Jesus confirms John the Baptist. Would He confirm you? Jesus is rejected and pronounces judgment on those who did not receive Him.

When ambassadors are sent out on peace missions, they are provided with every luxury to aid them in their journey. Cash, the best accommodations, change of clothing, all inclusive. When soldiers are sent out to declare war, they are usually given the best artillary, ammunition, a safe base, tanks, etc. When the disciples of Jesus were sent out to do both to preach peace and declare war what were they given? Listen and learn how being an ambassador and soldier in God’s theocracy is unlike any other mission on earth.
