Deuteronomy 28 pt. 1 The God of the Old Testament had Blessings for the Taking

When people speak of the “God of the Old Testament” they often call Him a ‘tribal god’ and say that he is mean and cruel. They speak of Him as if He is different than Jesus. What most do not understand is that God has not changed. Without a knowledge of the Old Testament people make such asinine statements about the character of God. God had blessings for His people, for the taking. He wasn’t, and isn’t, cruel. He is loving, beneficent, and merciful. But like most of us, Israel was disobedient, unfaithful, and disloyal (and we call Him cruel). Listen and gain some understanding of the True Character of Our God.

John 17 Jesus Prays..but not for Everyone (Are you included in His Prayer?)

This is the true Lord’s prayer. Our Lord is praying for His disciples, those who had been with Him, and those who will come to believe in Him. If you are glorifying your pastor or your own name, you are not included in this prayer and you’re not upholding the TRUTH.

II Corinthians 4 Don’t be Blinded by the Gospel

Have you noticed that talking about Yeshua causes some people to become offended? Do you realize the exclusivity of the gospel (Jesus is the only way to God) is what those who don’t believe despise? It was no different with Paul when he preached the gospel to those who felt the gospel was intolerant. What did Paul get for it… beaten, imprisoned, and persecuted; mostly by “religious people.” Are you one of those “religious people” who find that the true gospel is just too exclusive and intolerant for society? Is the gospel hid to you because you’re not willing to suffer for the kingdom? Listen to what Paul has to say about those who are willing to shine the true light of the gospel of Christ.
